Two plus years of Construction coordinating and administrating experience Preferred with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Functions: Provide high level administrative support including: * 1) Professional computer support (Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook. -Quickbooks). * 2) Office assistance and customer service to internal and external colleagues. * 3) Prepare, process and maintain all facets of project documentation such as AIA requsitions, PO's, invoices, change orders, submittals, RFI's, lien waivers, Certificates of Insurance, closeout documentation, etc both in paper and electronic files. * 4) Review and serve financial administrative support on project information to senior mangement. * 5) Prepare and submit correspondence to State and Federal regulatory agencies. (Certified payroll, tax information, etc..). * 6) Track project information by following up with contractors, suppliers and transport carriers. * 7) Reception duties such as answering phones,taking accurate messages, filing and help maintain office space in a neat and organized manner.
