SDF Capital is a Real Estate Investment firm focused on acquiring and improving undervalued properties in the NY, CT areas. We are seeking an Office Coordinator.

Duties would include, however not limited to the following:

● Answering all incoming customer inquiries

● Scheduling appointments for buyers

● Updating company CRM

● Running Property Comparable Analysis

● Creating Buy Packets

● Make all outbound customer follow up phone calls

● Coordinates real estate transaction from start to finish

● Managing schedule agendas for owners

● Track stocks of office supplies and keep office running efficiently

● Prepare presentations


● Must have great phone skills

● Proven experience has a office administrator

● Outstanding communication skills

● Excellent organizational skills

● Team player
