We are a rapidly growing law firm based in Westchester County and New York City, NY. We focus exclusively on finding appropriate out-of-court resolutions in the area of Family Law.

We have a friendly and collegial atmosphere, and we are currently looking for someone to help in the following areas:

Be exclusively responsible for our intake process inside the office, communicating with Potential New Clients of the firm and guide them to becoming clients of the firm through a facilitative and consultative sales process, which helps them decide what is in their best interest in terms of their time, their money, and their reputation and relationships.

Using the firm's procedures to follow up with potential new clients that do not hire the firm at the initial consultation to make sure they are making the best choice for themselves and their families.

Assist with marketing activities and networking events to create a positive image of the firm with the local community and throughout lower New York State.

Answer phones and managing client happiness.

Compensation

Base salary of $35,000.00 per year plus individual performance bonuses for meeting personal objectives for client service activities.

You adapt quickly. Because the firm has been growing so quickly, internal processes can also change quickly. The right person will be able to adapt to that quickly and easily.

Additional Qualifications:

Very strong listening skills
High emotional intelligence

Ability to analyze a situation quickly and see solutions to reach a client's objectives
Prior consultative sales experience with positive results is a strong plus
Sales experience is a must
