To ensure sustained on-time and on-quality delivery from supply chain to ASML.
Interface with a number of suppliers to the Wilton factory. Manage suppliers to ensure supplier infrastructure supports ASML requirements regarding
logistics and quality in a sustainable and continuously improving structure. Regular
Manage optical suppliers and determine capability to meet program needs.
Investigate (onsite) in-depth optical supplier capabilities and infrastructure to assure-state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and quality management systems are in use to secure delivery requirements to ASML.
Integrate and participate with internal account management teams and program management to assure comprehensive optical supplier management.
Communicate and present internally to account and program management teams.
Coordinate internal actions with cross-sectors to assure on time delivery is supported.
Work closely-and follow up regularly- with optical suppliers to influence supplier behavior to pursue state-of-the art manufacturing, delivery and quality management systems.
BS Engineering, Optical Science or Physics required. MS preferred. Track record of continuous self-improvement through additional training/coursework.
3 - 10 years minimum working with optical supplier delivery responsibility in a technical environment.
Proven ability to influence positive change in a supplier. Strong comprehension and ability to execute on state of- the-art manufacturing processes, logistics management processes and quality management systems. Knowledge of ERP
Quick comprehension of technical issues required. Strong communication skills regarding
ability to work with diverse group of suppliers and provide positive influence. Strong communication skills required to participate effectively and succinctly with internal account
and program management teams.
