Were looking for a brilliant, top:notch, and uber analytical Marketing Manager of Retention and Loyalty to lead The Red Doors CRM strategy. You will be charged with driving revenue through strategic lifecycle and cross sell campaigns and programs across our existing guest database. Youll own and manage our guest database, testing and optimizing guest retention and frequency through channels such as email and SMS. You will also help spearhead the launch of a membership program and V.I.P program in 2018. Finally, you will own marketing analytics for our major campaigns:CAC, LTV, ROI, and lift. :Email Strategy : Increase customer retention and conversion marketing campaigns

Required experience and expertise:
:2+ years email marketing experience
:Innate understanding of A/B testing including planning, executing, and analyzing results
:Demonstrated analytical skills as used to measure comparative results and performance drivers.
:Excellent verbal and written skills with strong project management skills.
:Reporting and analytics, you are an excel nerd.
:Willing to travel from time to time.
:Authorization to work in the United States
